Skills Support

  • My Learning Essentials – The Library’s programme of academic skills support, including workshops, drop-ins and online guides.
  • Academic integrity guide – This online guide takes you through what academic integrity is how you can avoid academic malpractice during your studies.
  • Develop your digital capabilities – This set of resources will help you to develop in areas such as digital communication, learning, and wellbeing, which can be useful in your studies and in the future. It links to the Jisc Discovery tool which is a questionnaire to help you diagnose areas where you could improve your digital skills.
  • LinkedIn Learning – During your studies you have access to the online learning platform LinkedIn Learning which contains a wealth of resources to help you develop your skills especially digitally.
  • Specialist Library Support – Library support in the specialist areas of business data, copyright, referencing, advanced searching and systematic reviews.
